Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

By using StylePal, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StylePal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

StylePal provides AI-powered outfit rating and style feedback. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service to harass or harm others
• Circumvent any security or access controls

3. License to Use the App

StylePal is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these Terms, RynovaLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the StylePal app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the app, or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it. This license ends automatically if you break these Terms or delete your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant StylePal a limited license to process and analyze it to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play and are billed to that account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan. Apple or Google will tell you before any price change takes effect, as their rules require.
• On the App Store, renewal happens unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged within the 24 hours before it ends. On Google Play, the subscription renews on its renewal date unless you cancel before then.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the plan's price when it ends unless you cancel before then (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends). Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription, and cancelling during a trial may end access to subscription features straight away.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.

Deleting your StylePal account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the store as well.

6. Apple App Store Terms

If you use StylePal on an Apple device, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your use of the app, and these Terms supplement it. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement prevails. These Terms are between you and RynovaLabs, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

StylePal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated style feedback is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of outfit ratings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StylePal and RynovaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
